Really enjoyed to be here, the hotel was clean and amazing, the location was great super close to the Atocha train station. The staff was welcoming & very-very nice. The room we had included an electronic key card, a multi-channel TV, and a writing table. Location: the venue was so close to Metro and mainline Atocha station, Madrid, and the major museums like the Reina Sofia.

the rooms were compact and freshly decorated, with ensuite shower. the location was particularly good for walking around a sprawling museum.

The staff was non flexible.

Comfortable place to visit 2 km away from a huge plaza. Good food, very very nice staff at the reception desk.

Double room had an exceptionally comfortable bed. Booked the hotel for its marvellous location near center & museums and the Atocha train station for easy access for trips to nearby towns...

Highly recommended for a stopover. Our double room was equipped with shower and require. The location was central, magnificent close to museums. Moreover, it was just off Plaza Mayor, main railway station and a lot of restaurants in the area.

The single room was great value and well-equipped with all the necessary facilities, shower, for instance. The location was magnificent, so close to famous museums & main rail station, good bars and eateries, and Paseo Del Retiro park.

The single room I stayed in was modern with crisp linens. Had a safe, central heating, and an electronic key card.

The location was comfortable and handy for walking around a sprawling museum. The hotel was in a nice safe area, just next door to the main trainstation as well as museums, train station and restaurants.

The location is close enough to the train station and within walking distance of major museums.

The rooms are quite small and still have some construction problems.

The staff gave their best in trying to communicate with us in English and making sure our stay was a pleasant one. The bathrooms was unbelievably clean. The service was good.

The internet connection could be improved and the interior looks old. The rooms can be a bit noisy and the curtain was a bit too thin.

The rooms of the hotel were new-fashioned and functional with private facilities.

The location of the hotel was very convenient, with close proximity to major attractions and easy access to public transportation. Being able to walk to the main square and museums was a great advantage. The rooms were modern, nicely decorated, and surprisingly quiet, thanks to the soundproof windows. The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating, which made our stay even more pleasant.

The lack of a small fridge in the room, which would have been useful to keep drinks and snacks chilled. the laundry service had an extra charge of 10 euros, which we found a bit steep.

The room itself was nice - it had a working a/c, a little shower (no holder for the shower head though), and a working sink. Most of the staff was very nice and understanding, too. The location is the best part. It's only a few minutes walk to the regia sofia gallery / botanical gardens, and only 5-10 minutes walk to museo del prado. It's also very quiet, despite that our room overlooked a busy street.

We really needed wi-fi (for my job), but the wi-fi wasn't working. The day we showed up, we informed the staff of this problem, and they said that they were getting a technician down today to look at it. However, by late that night, there was still no internet, so we tried to solve the problem ourselves. The guy at the front desk was incredibly unhelpful and stubborn on this point, and he was pretty rude in his interaction with us. Because of this, we told the staff that we would have to check out the next day (3 days earlier than our reservation was supposed to end). The guy at the desk was understanding on this point...

The place is amazing, the staff are wonderful.

This is a hotel go-to for Madrid! Everything is clean and brand-new. It has unbeatable and super location to see a world famous modern art museum. It's based in nice area, in Madrid downtown.

The double room was well-designed, included a shower, a hair dryer and bath sheets. The location was marvellous and incredible, within a close distance from Naval Museum.
